School Paver Order Form

Have you ever wanted to have your name put down in history?

Now is your chance.

I’m sure you have seen all the pavers with different teachers, students and families names on. They are proudly laid within the paving around the office and library.

As there are many new families at our school, we are now taking orders for those who wish to have theirs included.

What you need to know:

• Cost is $35 per paver
• 3 lines per paver with up to 16 characters per line
• Orders via the order form sent out on the Schoolzine app & email or simply pick up an order form from the office.

So be remembered forever as being a part of our great school with your name in a paver. (We do require a minimum of 36 pavers to place an order – once we have enough orders we will contact you for payment)

**All profits are going back into the school.
